How we handle your survey responses

Banyan Software, Inc. runs this survey to produce an aggregate benchmark of AI adoption in vertical market software. No individual response or company is identified in the report.
What we collect
Your answers, your email (only if you want the report), IP address, browser type, and timing data. Your progress is saved in your browser so you can resume if you close the tab.
How we use it
Answers and timing feed the aggregate report. Email is used only to send you the report. IP and browser type help us detect spam submissions that would corrupt the data. We don't sell or share individual responses.
How long we keep it
Individual responses are deleted within 6 months of the survey closing. Aggregate benchmarks are retained indefinitely. Data is stored on US-based cloud infrastructure.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your response. Email info@banyansoftware.com with the email you used or the approximate time you completed the survey. We respond within 30 days.
